Using ilist.store

By accessing or using ilist.store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ilist.store is a U.S. marketplace where sellers pay a $2 monthly recurring fee, cancel anytime to access the Sell page and post unlimited item listings. Buyers and visitors may browse listings by state and city. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when submitting forms, contacting us, or creating listings.

Use the marketplace honestly, post accurate information, and respect other users.

We may update, improve, suspend, or limit parts of the site at any time. Continued use of ilist.store after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

The following terms apply to sellers, buyers, and all visitors using ilist.store.

Sellers

Seller Rules

Sellers are responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, photos, and legality of every listing they publish. The $2 fee provides access to the Sell page and does not guarantee sales, traffic, or listing performance.

Duplicate Listing Policy: To ensure a fair experience for all users, posting the same product multiple times is strictly prohibited. If you have more than one of the same item, please list them together in a single post. Duplicate or repetitive listings will be removed at our discretion.

Post only items you have the right to sell

Use accurate prices, photos, and location details

Do not post misleading, unlawful, or prohibited content

Marketplace

Platform Use

ilist.store provides a platform for local item discovery and listing publication. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not verify every listing, seller, buyer, or communication on the site.

Use the site at your own discretion

You may not use ilist.store to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute spam, interfere with site operations, scrape data, upload harmful code, or impersonate another person or business.

No fraud, spam, or deceptive behavior

No unauthorized access or data extraction

No content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights

No Firearms or Ammunition. (Note: Knives and cutlery are permitted). Reminder: This is a local-only marketplace. We do not provide or support shipping; all transactions must be handled in person.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that ilist.store acts as an interactive computer service provider and does not create or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or truth of user-submitted listings or messages. Consistent with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, ilist.store is not treated as the publisher or speaker of information provided by users and is not responsible for claims based on user-generated content, subject to applicable law.
